  I had them out to cut some roots in a line from my house to my septic. His auger knocked a hole in my drain pipe and he packed up and left without fixing the hole or finishing the job.

  Used Tom several times now and could not be happier with the quality of his work. I recently relocated from FL to TN and needed to find a plumber for our old (1913) home that I could trust. I certainly found one. Tom not only replaced my old toilet .. he also cut out and replaced the rotten wood underneath the toilet from years of leaking. I recommend The Drain Man to everyone.
