I wanted to file a complaint regarding someone driving one of your vehicles. Today on 270 near Fredrick at about 930am. I watched him cut off and break check multiple vehicles and was exhibiting road rage (tailgating, obscene hand gestures) twoard someone in a little SUV. This guy was chasing the person in the SUV. He looked to be of Caucasian decent and was wearing a beanie. Even if this individual was off the clock, it was extremely unprofessional especially when using a company vehicle. You are representing a business and I would not want anyone in my house that shows that much rage. I honestly should have called the police.

    Response from the owner

Hello Angie, we sincerely apologize for an issues this caused. We've spoken to the suspected driver to ensure there are no more problems. This does not represent our business.

I thought my water heater was broken so I reached out to a few plumbers to get quotes and Jay was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he the nicest person I spoke to, but he was even willing to beat the lowest quote I got. I didn't move forward on this project for other reasons, but am happy to know a quality and professional plumber for the next project!

Repaired water main leak in Sept. The contractor overcharged for the job, proposed additional $8800 repair that proved not needed, and almost flooded my basement. 1) Overcharge: There is a water main leak under HVAC. Jay estimated to cost $4500 to repair the leak and I was told it was a one-day job. I agreed. I though it is a big job for a $4500 job. The next day, only one technician came to do the job. They charge more than $4000 a day (parts cost less than $500). 2) Almost flood basement because of incompetent of technician: The technician replaced a segment of the pipe. But there was leak at the connection. It needs to reconnect. However, the technician forgot to turn off the main water. Water flooded part of the basement. Technician rushed to turn of the main water that is more than 200 ft away from the house. The damage was limited because the basement area was not finished. 3) Propose a $8800 repair for a problem that is not existed. While the trench was full of water because of the flooding. The technician claimed that there are more leaks somewhere upstream of the repaired location. Jay demanded that I must pay the $4500 because they repaired leak around HVAC even though the job still not completed (trench was not backfill, water pressure was low) and ask for additional $8800 to replace main water line. After technician was left, I scooped out all the water from the trench and absorbed all the remaining water using a sponge. It was a Friday. Over the two days weekend, no more leaks from upstream pipe and the trench were dry. I later refilled the trench myself and there was no more leaks after another month. The Drain Guys propose a $8800 repair for a problem that is not existed. It is either incompetent or fraud. In summary, The contractor charged more than $4000 for one technician for one day, proposed additional $8800 repair that proved not needed, and almost flooded my basement. I give a 2 start because they did fix the leak around HVAC.
