  Called them to fix a clogged kitchen sink, they were at my house within the hour of calling and had it fixed in no time. Very fast, friendly service! Will call again if I ever have anymore issues!!

  To start off the employee was upset he did not have direct parking with access through garage as we had another service working at our home when he arrived. We weren’t given an exact time on when he would arrive previously. He called me inquiring who had the truck out there and I informed him and was ready to offer to ask guy to move truck for him and was hung up on before I could tell him this. He unclogged our basement drain after several attempts and then said baby wipes or adult wipes caused the issue with an obvious attitude. Was charged $190.00 + for services. Did not do any cleanup from clearing drain and when I called the office for the price per hour was told price was the same whether they were there for 15 minutes or an hour and they don’t clean houses! I assured him I did not expect house cleaning just clearing area where services were performed as previous businesses had done. The office person was rude and condescending. Believe they forgot if it weren’t for customers like us with the drain problem, their business would be less thriving. Will not use this business again nor recommend them to others. They definitely need some competition in our area to increase customer services and satisfaction. Not impressed in the least.
