  My shower needed to be repaired and my water was cut off, I called Darville and Angela was very kind and courteous. She said, unfortunately, that no one was available till Monday but that she would try to get someone. An hour later, she called and a service guy was headed my way. Marvin and Daniel were very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. Marvin said they could repair it, no problem, it was fixed in an hour and a half! They did a great job and even saved me some money! I highly recommend this company.

  My daughter call for service. She was told it would probably be the next day. But Daniel Kirbie was able to get out here to work on the clogged toilet the same day, thank God! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing or going to do to get the toilet unclogged. He tried everything, up on the roof, inside and out drain and finally got it working. He also let the company know that it was going to take him a little longer at our house so they could send someone else to his other jobs. Over all we are very happy with the work Daniel did and also explaining everything to us. And I ask Darville if he could come out and replace the other toilet another day. We would definitely recommend Darville air conditioning and plumbing to others.

  At first I thought I was having issues with my thermostat. Furnace/AC was not reacting to anything I put on the thermostat. Dan Igo came and went through a procedure to determine what the problem was. Fuse kept blowing out even with a new thermostat. He replaced the fuse and the transformer and even came the next day to check in. He explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciate for the sake of knowledge. AC and furnace is working good now. Fair price for everything. Should also give credit to the Raul who helped me last year from Darville. Company really does hire great people.
