  The management and technicians at Thatcher Heating are the best. Not only did they provide me with a high quality heating and air conditioning system at an incredibly great price. They drove over an hour and a half to complete the work to make sure we had air conditioning during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. They even provided a thermostat at no extra charge. I highly recommend Thatcher for all you heating and air conditioning needs.

  Grouchy receptionist who said she would call me back to schedule an appointment but never did. I had to call her and she acted as if it was too difficult to schedule me for service. I ended up going with another company, the receptionist was friendly and they got back to me immediately.
