  I have used Thad Ellet plumbing before and they did a great job. I love the guys who come out. They are so great, have great customer service and do a good job. I called for an estimate to fix the garbage disposal because there was something in it. I had looked and felt down there but couldn't find it. The gentleman reached down grabbed out a small clear sippy cup insert. They called Thad to see how much to charge because it was fixed but required no repair and was as simple as them reaching in and grabbing it out. He came back with 97.00. I paid it but I am extremely upset that it was that expensive. I do not know that I will use Thad Ellet plumbing again. This just doesnt seem like a way to keep customers coming back.
