We Called to have someone who knew how to program the pump to come out and check our pump system. They sent a technician that knew nothing about programming and then turned in an invoice for over 4.5 hours of work. They charged us for 2.5 hours of labor for driving time when We are located only 65 miles from them. Pump still doesn’t work. Job was incomplete. They are not a good company and honestly feel we were taken advantage of. Would not recommend them.
