  Our hot water heater was not staying warm for long, so we scheduled an appointment. Sr. Plumber Josh arrived on time (rare in JH among service providers) and not only repaired the water heater in less than 90 minutes, but also provided great education about water quality in general. Joshua was courteous, friendly, fit and clearly had done the same type of job thousands of times. I am very happy with water heater expert Josh!

  I have used these guys both as a contractor and as an engineer and facilities manager for over 20 years. They are responsive, even after hours, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them!
