  Our Rinnai hot water heater died and another Seaside company Diamond Heating said it was the gas valve? I asked them to give me a bid on the repair and replacement as it was 15 years old. 5 days later I received a bid for $800.00 to fix it or $5,800.00 to replace it. By then I had already ordered a new one for $1,100.00 I called Terry's Plumbing, Lance and his apprentice Micah installed it along with new valves and flex hoses and did a incredible job. Their bill was $1,150.00. So I saved over $3,200.00 using Terry's Plumbing. Only company I will ever use on the north coast for now on.

  I dealt with Terry's Plumbing for the better part of two years. They never fixed my problem after numerous calls. A part was back ordered for six months (maybe only five months), they didn't call me when the part was available, I had to call them time and time again to find if the part was available and to have them work on my tankless water heaters and I bet the problem is still unresolved. They even installed them. They get two stars because they were friendly enough on the phone but I wouldn't expect any results from them based on my personal experience.

  These guys were amazing! Very polite and friendly. They fixed my problem quickly and professionally, I will call them next time I need a plumber.
