Ross was very helpful and understanding fixing a leak in our hot water line. Since this was the first in our life of having this problem Ross and his employees were very cordial and understanding. and even helped in putting things away after having to cut open our drywall to fix the leak and cleaned up the mess that was made. They even came back to do more painting because the colors on the wall were not exactly the same color but a pretty good match considering the original paint was 20 years old at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you went to their web site I did not see any bad reviews

Ross from Terrano was a lifesaver! He was the only plumber who would come the same day (two days before Christmas) that I called for an emergency situation (water softener malfunction that jammed up all water fixtures causing rust output and eventually no water at all) after reaching out to a dozen other plumbers. He and his team were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and got the job done impeccably. So grateful for Terrano Plumbing and highly recommend them! Amy G.

We used Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling to fully renovate our master bathroom and would highly recommend them. The office staff is pleasant & responsive. Ross Terrano stays on top of the whole process to insure every part of the job is done correctly and with quality. From the beginning and throughout the process there was guidance and explanation of our options. And the best part is that we ended up with a beautiful spa-like bathroom to enjoy!
