If you call for anything if one of the ladies answered hang up and call back. Till you get a man.. everytime I call they are so so rude on the phone. Quite frankly it pissis me off... what has happened to customers service?

Very helpful. Prices and supplies are better than ACE Hardware. Example: 3/4 x 4' rebar at ACE $8.99 each, Tenth Street 20' with 1 cut $7.00 each. You do the math.
