The tenants said he simply measured the voltage but no repairs were made. He said we need some work done. And that’s all we got. We didn’t get a bill for it so no harm done.

Had a problem with our central unit. Service technician was at the house right on time.  He was very friendly and professional and got the problem taken care of.  Central unit runs perfectly now.  very pleased with my experience and will use them again.

Great service. Had to order a new blower motor came in fast considering the ice and snow storms. The technicians were very friendly and polite, and answered all of my questions and concerns. They made it out fast even in the snow, they had to come back out but still made it out the same day. Installed the new motor quickly and made sure everything was working even took off the ice from the fan on the outside unit. Im glad we went through this company definitely will recommend them

While I am a little disappointed in the price of the hot water heater, I am pleased with the fact that they replaced the HWH on the same day I called.

Quick, courteous service. Professional installation of hvac unit.

Tennessee Home Solutions was the biggest waste of time and money. I had them attempt to do all my electrical in our new construction. Day one of start they come run 30ft of wire leave and don’t show up for 3 days. Finally get someone to come back and it’s a different guy. There was 5 different people running wire over a 2 weeks span. Nothing was stapled off they missed a pantry, two chandeliers and the master closet. Now we are at finish they send out 2 other guys that haven’t ever been to the house to work, don’t know what is what or where it goes there are multiple wires at the breaker panel unlabeled. No one knows which wire is the home run to power the plugs and switches in the rooms. Now they show up every other day or so to finish after being there on and off for 3 weeks. They have caused as much damage to the house as I have almost paid them to do the job before I had to fire them. Guy cuts half my kitchen drywall to move a plug then a guy puts his foot through my master bedroom ceiling, and all I get is a text from Chris not a phone call or email asking if I want them to continue to work. The owner has no clue he is in over his head and can’t schedule his jobs. Needless to say beware of this company they cause more harm then good with anything they do. Would not recommend to anyone for any service

I have used TN Home Solitions several times. They’re always there to rescue me from whatever disaster is happening…. Which always seem to be after hours… but they always make it over in a timely manner, keep me well informed on what is happening before any charges are made, and work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
