  Firm was hired to clean out a main drain line in our association. They were to call management to set up the time to be there to supervise. They never did and sent a final bill for the work. They where to take a video after the work was done to show the BOD the cleaned out pipe. 4 months went by with no response. Then 2 months ago then went back and then cleaned the lines and took the video they where suppose to 6 months ago., Then they sent the video and the final bill again. They where also to send another work order for other work that was needed and never did. The bottom line here they lied about doing the work and after 4 months since they never presented the video like they where suppose to they ended up cleaning the line then sent the final video. They are dishonest and lied about completing the work. I would not suggest these crooks to anyone. If I can give them a Zero I would. Very dishonest people.   Hired this company to reline pipes under a home built in the early 50s the work was performed in a timely manner and the technicians were responsive and knowledgeable. I had one issue which was promptly dealt with and have referred them to friends numerous times

  My HOA hired this company to re-line the pipes for the storm water pond. I have several manholes and entry points on my property so my front yard was home base for a week. When I bought the house I knew this was a possibility so I was fine that they needed to be on my property while doing the work. What I didn't appreciate was that I was not told by the HOA or Technical Inspections Inc. that the work was going to be going on and that my driveway and yard would be occupied by heavy equipment for a full week. They also left equipment running until 1030pm each night. And they absolutely destroyed my front lawn. Most utility companies that destroy lawns will come back and re-sod, but this company did no such thing. Now I'm stuck having to repair my lawn with my own money even though I was not responsible for the damage. The employees themselves were polite, which is the only positive thing I can say.
