  No hot water Sunday night and a huge puddle in the garage by the hot water heater. Called and got a live human who paged a tech for me. The tech called within 5 minutes, asked a few questions and scheduled me for 7:30am the next day. Arrived (early!!), found the problem in under ten minutes and had it fixed within an hour. Super impressed at how fast and inexpensive it was, would definitely recommend.

  I've been using TCR Rooter for many years now on all our rental properties and for our primary residence. They have helped us with everything from routine leaks to water heater installs to removing sewer pipe blockages from tree roots. Every job has been done professionally. I've had tenants indicate how courteous and knowledgeable the team was. They communicate well with me and our tenants. I haven't found anywhere near this level and quality of service at such a reasonable price point. All said, I highly recommend Terry and TCR Rooter to anyone for any type of residential plumbing problem!

  Highly recommended for your plumbing needs. Terry and TCR have outstanding customer service and are locally owned. Terry had Matt there the same day to fix a clogged sewer pipe. I will definitely use them again.
