  We had a sewer collapse and several holes in the clay pipe that ran underneath our garage. TCI suggested we have a sewer liner installed since a collapse under our garage would have been catastrophic. They repaired the sewer line from the garage to the main and then installed a sewer liner under the garage. Amazing technology that they use to avoid having to completely reroute sewer lines. The pipe with the liner is as good as having new pipes put in. Can’t say enough good things about TCI. They are excellent, friendly and totally professional. Don’t call anyone else if you need a plumber.

  I recently had a water heater fail and needed a replacement. TCI was extremely helpful from start to finish. The lady that helped me arrange the service, Jackie, called around and searched all afternoon to find exactly what I was looking for so it would fit in the space of the old one. The next day, Ryan came and installed it in no time at all. He hauled the old one off, cleaned everything up, and it works perfectly. Both were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend TCI, good service and good people.

  We had a sewer line that continued needing to be unclogged and this became at an alarming frequency. TCI came in and ran a camera down the line and informed us that they could strip the piping and re-line the piping which eliminates the service calls. The TCI Team showed up and after two days of work it was completed with great satisfaction. They provided a before and after video of the repairs that were made. They answered all the necessary questions the leaders at my company had and the quote was approved and the work was completed. First class operation. Thank you.
