  Communication was fantastic with scheduling and the driver. I got a prompt call back for scheduling and Dakota arrived exactly when expected with frequent updates in between. Dakota was professional and courteous. He explained the different parts of my septic system and their function and as he pumped the tank. This is my first septic home so Dakota's knowledge and patience in helping me understand good septic maintenance and potential issues were invaluable. I will definitely be using Taylor's for my next septic need. Well done!

  I had called them early on a Saturday morning. They were able to squeeze me in that day (at a premium rate because it was the weekend, but the rate was still manageable). They came out within a couple hours after my call. I saw a guy by the name of Dakota mentioned in previous reviews, and that’s who showed up at my house! 😎 He was very professional, quick and efficient. I highly recommend these guys for any septic service that’s needed.

  I needed a septic inspection for a home we were purchasing. Another company fell through the day of inspection. Taylor septic had amazing reviews and was flexible. I was able to get them out within two days, no issues. They billed me after the service and provided the inspection report and invoice in a timely manner. They wound up being even cheaper than any other quote I received and were thorough, not to mention very understanding of the urgency of my situation. All in all amazing company and this company deserves more than 5 stars.
