  I called this place to see about getting a unit checked on a rental property that I own. I was told they had a full schedule and they would have to call me back after lunch (it was around 10am at the time). They never called back, so I called to check again around 4:30pm. Same story: full schedule, they'll call me back. Never received a call back. I will not beg these folks to take my money, I'll find someone who DOES want my business. What a joke

  Would not recommend doing business with this company, will never do business with again. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message. Currently sitting in my house with the outside temperature at 37 degrees not running my heater, cause the air duct that was repair under my house is allowing all the heat to escape under my house. This is the second time we have had to call Taylor Heating & Air back out to our house. The first time we were told that our heater was repaired and ready to go... nope did not even run 30 minutes before it cut off. Of course, there is no emergency line so we got to sleep with the two space heaters we have. I have 4 children and this is not right. And to have to pay over $500 for poor quality work, it's a shame. Called first thing this morning was told someone would be out late morning, called back at noon was told not sure, and received a call at 1:30pm it will be first thing tomorrow morning. Not crossing my fingers.
