  My family’s company did service for this establishment, Tatro Plumbing, in Colorado Springs. We are utterly disappointed with the actions of this company. We serviced them with full floor waxing, and floor sealant for $150. The amount of money isn’t the biggest issue, but rather the unprofessionalism. Not only do they have yet to pay the $150 fee from the service of our company months ago, but they have continuously lead us on through multiple emails. We have sent the invoice multiple times upon request, and we were told the check would be mailed to no avail. Very disappointed with this company’s unprofessionalism and I would NOT recommend!

  I asked nicely(to your crew before I went to work that morning)to please remove the fescue grass and place it to the side so I might be able to replace back on the ground and that didn't happen. I asked for them to dig down deep to remove the shrubs if needed keeping the roots intact and that didn't happen either. Complete lack of respect for a yard that I've worked hard to build for 4yrs. It's pathetically sad that company of your stature can't show more respect for a lawn than was shown.

  The first time we used this company it was a great experience. But as time went by there was a decline in quality and a sharp rise in prices. This last time is definately the last time we will ever use this company. The so-called workers were very slow, then WOOPS! they "forgot" something (just like last time and the time before) and were gone for at least an hour. They marked up the floor and literally tracked through some s**t, then did not even try to clean up. When they were done, the job looked hideous, amateurish, and cheap. We contacted the company. They were not sympathetic, but angry with US for daring to complain. The thirty bucks they knocked off the bill was like a slap. Avoid this company!
