  The furnace stopped working at 2 am in Jan. By noon he was working on it but couldn't locate the parts needed. Instead of just saying " see you tomorrow not more I can do". He ran and got 2 space heaters we can use to keep warm. So right now it's Happy Wife Happy Life for me. A-1 in my book.

  I've used Tactical on two separate occasions. They are polite, professional, clean up after their job is completed and perform quality work. I had them replace a water heater, replace faucets and replace toilets for me. I would highly recommend them, I will be using them again in the future.

  I had used them twice previously for smaller jobs but they really came to rescue when my hot water heater sprang leak and needed replaced. On Sat I went out and bought a new heater. Called them late Sat and they returned call Sunday and said they rearranged their schedule to get to me first thing Monday morning. Took care of it in less than 2 hours. Great service. Highly recommended.
