  I called Tackett & Son Plumbing & Electric when my hot water heater started leaking based off Taylor Cecil's review, and I could not be more satisfied. Mrs. Tackett answered my call promptly, asked all the right questions, and had me take a picture of the leak with my phone so her husband could quickly advise what we should do. Joey Tackett called me a few minutes later and offered to swing by the house to double check a few things before we proceeded since he just happened to be in the area. Joey's advice was excellent, and he never tried to sell me anything - never even asked to be compensated for his assessment. As such, I immediately deferred to his professional judgment, and decided to replace my water heater. Within two hours, my old water heater was removed, the new water heater was installed, and the water leak in my garage was cleaned up - all for less than the big box stores would have charged. While Joey was working, I got to know him personally and realized what a gem he is. From this point forward, Tackett & Son will handle all of my plumbing and electrical needs.

  Goodbye pruney fingers! Justin did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher. As I am a long term renter at my current home, he gave me the option to hardwire or set up it up so I can easily disconnect when I am ready to buy a house. Some places were not easy to get to but he worked it all out and got me setup with no hassle or mess! He also hooked up an outside faucet so I can use a water hose more easily (previously was running through a window and hooking to kitchen sink). Very impressed with this company. They are friendly, professional, and do high quality work. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Thank you so much to Joey!! I was given another quote last week from Mr. Rooters - after that "Plumber" walked out of my house the quote was THOUSANDS of dollars. When Joey left my house today a few of the things Mr. Rooters said needed done was not even necessary and the bill was $150!! Very thankful for good people and we'll definitely continue to use them!!!
