  Ordered a dishwasher from Costco who contract installation out to Tabuso. I scheduled more than two weeks out from the purchase date for same day delivery and installation. The delivery is right on time and they explain installation is later that day from 4-6pm. No one shows up or calls until 7:30pm I get a call and they say that they weren't working at all that day and it was a mistake by Costco. So I get rescheduled for a different 3 hour window. It is missed and about 40 minutes afterward I get a call from the contractor (not a direct Tabuso emploee) who first blames Costco for scheduling in different neighborhoods not near one another (even though this was Tabuso who rescheduled me, poorly apparently) and says he can be there in a couple hours. Unfortunately, I had to leave the house. He offers to call me back when he has his schedule in front of him, but never does. Two days go by before Tabuso finally calls me back and reschedules me for a 4 hour window on a Saturday. That window is missed as well, of course. And 40 minutes after the window the guy who calls (again not Tabuso a different contractor) says Tabuso made a mistake and double booked the 10-2 window and I was supposed to be 2-4. I politely told this man no thank you and that I would be shopping elsewhere. Thankfully, Costco has an excellent return policy and took it back swiftly. Hoping that Costco severs their relationship with Tabuso who either don't provide Costco with an accurate list of open dates or don't have enough contractors to successfully manage all the work they choose to take on or they just don't care if the occasional job is missed because they deal in such bulk.

  Purchased dishwasher from Lowes and this company installed it incorrectly. After having Samsung come out and show us it was installed incorrectly, we called Lowes back to get the installer to come out. The first two calls to Lowes, Tabuso never called us back. The 3rd call they stated the installer would be there between 10a-2p- and no one showed up. I am now on my FOURTH call to the company. Very unresponsive and unprofessional when you do talk to them.

  Quick, tidy, professional, and very kind. We would definitely use this company again. I’m confused with all of the negative reviews, as this company was not deserving of a one star review… five stars all the way. I did have troubles with Lowes and their communication, but it had nothing to do with them. Our water heater was installed correctly and fast and everything was cleaned up
