  He contacted me after I called my warranty company about my main drain. He showed up on time and ran the line and couldn’t fix it. He eventually ghosted me, would not return my calls. I would not recommend him as he didn’t keep his word and never fixed my issue. If you have a home warranty and this company contacts you I would call the warranty company and request someone else.

  My father sewer line collapsed. He had to live with this issue for almost a month because other companies wouldn't return his phone calls. Not only did T&R respond immediately, they provided him with the best service in town. Very efficient service and they will be coming back to level out the landscape after the ground settles. They have earned our business for future endeavors.

  This company was sent to us through our home warranty. Once he arrived he told us he had to collect the $100 deductible but that our warranty would not cover the issue. He offered to return to install the part for the original fee if we purchased it. He made good on his promise. If we have another plumbing issue this is who we will call again.
