  What a great experience we had. The team at TPS went above and beyond to help us out. They put together the perfect set of fixtures for our new bathroom and made sure we could get all the stuff we needed. I very rarely leave reviews, but this is the place to go

  Went in to replace a piece to my faucet. The part is called an airator. I was charged $40 for a $3 piece anywhere else. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and refused a refund. Even when my Husband got on the phone the manager absolutely refused. Don’t shop here unless you like paying more than ten times the price something should be

  Lisa, After reviewing the past few weeks and speaking to the manager I do not see a sale or know about a sale for an aerator for $40.00. Can you please submit your receipt and we can review the situation and resolve the problem. Our return policy states on all receipts that non special order items are returnable when accompanied with a receipt as long as it is unopened and in new condition. If you could email [email protected] with your sales receipt information as well as contact Information and we will be sure to do whatever we can to rectify the situation.
