  Had a great experience with these guys. We had a leak in lines from a shared well. Initially they helped to try and track down the leak but we quickly identified the line was really beyond repair. They quickly provided a quote and replaced the line for us (this shift in approach from repair to replace was at our request). The crew did a great job and were extremely professional. They worked hard to get water restored and did a great job restoring the disturbed areas caused by the work. I would highly recommend these guys.

  Total RIP OFF. They replaced the drain valve on my water heater. I own many rentals and I've had this job performed countless times. It's a $150-$275 job that somehow turned into a $532 job when I received the bill from TP Howards. I called the manager to ask if it was a mistake and to review the billing hours for me. His response was that the GPS showed the technicians time was accurate and the bill was correct. Quality of the work was fine, but these guys are out to screw you. Don't hire them unless you prefer to pay twice as much as your job should cost. This is my 1st google review ever, I only mention that to demonstrate my level of frustration.

  Got an estimate less than a year ago to install a gas heater on a pool and was quoted a price which was on higher side but I have used them before and was pleased. The pandemic happens and I wasn’t able to get the heater till this February and I called them for an install and was notified the pricing would need adjusted and they would get back to me. When they got back to me they doubled the price to the cent and this is less than a year ago estimate. Went from 700ish to 1400ish for less than 6ft of pipe and install with no digging. The job was performed by another company and was less than 2 hour install.
