Outstanding! When I noticed I needed septic service I called t&n. They came out within 2 hours on a Friday and did a fast and awesome job. they found my tank immediately and didn't have to dig up my whole yard. and then the price was even lower than I expected. I could not recommend them more.

When I tell you this has been a terrible experience dealing with this company!!! Initially I had septic issues less than a year ago, in which the sewage was backing up into my house. I contacted T&N for help. Within a few days, a representative came out and assessed the situation. The representative indicated, the problem was my drain lines and they needed replacing (cost $2500). The representative also stated that this problem won’t happen again for years to come. Of course, wanting to get the problem fixed I said ok to putting down new lines. Fast forward to 10 months later, sewage is backed up in my house again. I called T & N, explain the situation on a Friday, by Saturday a different representative came to my house. He evaluated the situation and came to the conclusion that the yard isn’t absorbing the sewage fast enough because of the rain (2days). He unclogged the line and had it functional. This analysis didn’t make sense to me because over the 10months it had rain worse and even flooded and there was no issue. Therefore, I contacted the main office again to explain that I wasn’t satisfied and needed someone to do a proper evaluation. Subsequently, after several phone calls and leaving messages, I was able to get someone to come to my house. Within a few minutes of the original representative from 10months ago digging near the pipe from the house to the tank , he said yeah I see the problem, the pipe has settled and you can see the pipe lifted upward, which holds some of the sewage in the line and would backup eventually. Mine you I’ve lived here for almost 20yrs and this pipe was never involved in the work they completed. As of this moment, I feel that was the actual problem that existed 10months ago, and I paid $2500 for drainage lines that may have been unnecessary. therefore I contacted the office again and explain the results and to request half of my payment back. Also, I asked that this issue issue be fixed at no charge. Within a few days another representative came out and dug up the pipe, only to find a thick root had been pressing on the pipe for years, which caused the pipe to be lifted upward and holding sewage. The roots were removed and the pipe properly leveled. Afterward, I contacted the secretary about the partial refund and she said she had to contact the owner and she would followed up with me soon. After a week of waiting, I didn’t hear anything so I called, spoke with the secretary again. She let me know that she hadn’t heard anything. I waited a few more days and went to the office. The secretary advised me that the owner was in town and he would call on this day. By the evening the owner called and interrogated me about my house built date and previous sewage problem. As I responded, he critique my response and on the defense mindset, said that I’m supposed to have the issue and his representative was right and he ain’t giving none of my money back. Additionally, the owner indicated that I owe him because of the pipe that was lifted upward was repaired so that’s another cost outside of the $2500. I truly feel that this was a case of mistaken evaluation, that could have been acknowledged and fixed by returning some of my money. This owner doesn’t pride himself in high moral standards nor great customer service. As time goes on, he will lose more than the $2500, because his business practices are unethical. I would never recommend this business to another. Be aware

WOW!!! All I can say it thank you! Thank you Thank you!!! From the moment I called them I felt the love. Ms. Cinnamon (I really hope i got that right) is the best, just an awesome spirit. She ensured I got everything I needed before the contractor even came out. She kept the communication going and i appreciate that. Then I get a chance to meet Mr Al and Mr Willie!!! I don’t have the words on how much they helped me. Mr Al walked me through the whole septic tank installation. He is so incredibly smart but not only that he gave the people who installed it kudos for doing such a good job. Of course I think their terrible but again his kind spirit and honesty truly touched my heart. T & N Septic thank you for adding another reason to retire in Dalzell!!!! Jackie
