  This group is very professional and did a great job repairing the things I needed repaired and installing the new toilet. The only complaint would be the cleanup process after the work is done. (footprints and stuff on floors) but other than that it was a great experience and we will definitely use them again.

  I've used T & C plumbing for two bathroom renovations and a new tankless water heater. I've had a great experience every time. The team at T & C are efficient and affordable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  I needed a shower faucet replacement, I have been duped because the quote was for 650 for the whole work and including a shower faucet from them . We agreed that I will cut the tile my self and buy the faucet, and the price will be $425.00 for instalation only. I cut the tiles, I bought the shower faucet. I have been told that I bought the wrong thing, I said that I will go to Home depot and get the correct one. They said not to worry, they will get it and not charge extra. At the end the bill was 750.00! more by 100 then the original price and I did the tile cut. I have felt real bad about this experience.

  I wish we could upload the pictures we have of the fantastic work we performed on this job! There are a couple of things incorrect here. 1. We absolutely did not state we would not charge to go and get this faucet after he had gotten the incorrect one. We simply stated we would not up-charge more than what the faucet costs itself. I will also not allow my guys to sit and wait for an hour (or longer) for him to go get the correct valve and trim when they can get it, make sure it's the correct one, and get the job done efficiently. 2. The total of the job was $700.00 -My men drove over an hour both ways to the supply house, we supplied the valve and trim along with all copper and material needed. -These charges are not absurd, we are fully licensed and insured company and are 5 stars across the board. -This man was picking at our prices from the very beginning. There are one star customers that you simply can't please. This man here is one of them. Thanks so much!
