  I can't say enough about T.C. Edwards, from the friendly and responsive office manager to their infield staff. We are 18 miles from town and they didn't bat an eye at coming out to fix a problem with our main septic line. When many times it's difficult to get someone to come all the way out here, I know I can count on these people. Many thanks for a great job.

  They were available when no one else was. They came by in a reasonable amount of time. The plumbers were friendly, and they apparently did decent work. It took them six weeks to even get me an invoice though, and that is not acceptable. They couldn't even give me an idea of how much the charge would be so I could set the money aside. It ended up costing way more than I anticipated, especially since what I had them do was fairly simple. I also asked them for a quote for another bigger job, and I was apparently charged for them to take the time to measure the space, but I still have yet to receive the quote.

  We had major plumbing problems. From the first phone call to get help, the secretary was very friendly and helpful. She was able to talk to the guys who were coming to our home and let them know what the problem was. It took two days but our plumbing problem was fixed. I will call them again if I have any plumbing or AC problems. Everyone was very professional! I would highly recommend them !
