  TByrd is absolutely an amazing company. Not only was our home blessed to have a same day same call service done on time; but we were given a written and explained service need that has saved Us thousands of dollars compared to ARS and Rescue Router, and Blade Heating and Air.. Josh, ( our service rep) was easy to talk with and easy to understand. He also made us aware of the savings plan and financing that they have available. I would also recommend them over General Electric any day of the year. We are very.happy and expect.to see them within the next 30.days, as we are relieved of this doable fix for our home.

  When I called for semi annual maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised to have an appointment for the next day. The office called to confirm my appointment and anticipated charges as I have 2 units. Josh was on time and very thorough. I have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future.

  The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. But he also gave a honest opinion and was able to describe my units issue effectively. Definitely well use this service again. They also use a helpful texting system with scheduling.
