  This company is the most un-cabable, un-worthy, un-reliable so called “electric” company I’ve ever had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with. I just don’t get it!?! One snow flake and we are out for hours on end and they are the only provider we have a choice to do business with. I so wish X-Cel would provide in my area 😖

  This company is the worst provider in west Texas. No storm and power still goes out for no reason. You call to report and all you get is attitude. We need excel energy for sure.
