My hot water heater went out an flooded my closet and bedroom (while we were asleep). I called left message and was contacted immediately (Lorie was very professional she explained everything) Jim & Daniel was very professional did amazing job explaining and was Super Fast they have great manners and did I mention how fast they work. They are a great team and work amazing together. I highly recommend Sweetmans plumbing and I will use this company for any future issues I have. Thank you Sweetmans plumbing and special thanks to Jim & Daniel y’all are all amazing.

Jeremy and Kyle did a fantastic job!  We had two showers with leaks. They found the problems and made the necessary repairs timely and professionally at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again and high recommend!

I called Sweetman's to install a hot water recirculation pump on my water heater.   They owner was very responsive and worked me in the same day.   The team showed up on time, were very personable and were in and out in an hour.   They did quality work for a reasonable rate.   I've used Sweetman's twice now.   Highly recommend.

We called Sweetman's  Plumbing because our basement was flooding. They had a crew out within the hour. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

We had to call multiple times asking for an invoice. and was told I'll mail your bill. Never happened,  we finally ask for the amount over the phone, sent a check the next day. Five weeks and 2 more calls to get a invoice for warranty and our file, there was a 40.00 late fee applied.  It wasn't late due to us, it was not handled properly at all by the wife of sweetman plumbing. This is wrong! I would not ever use or recommend them. They owe us 40.00. RIP OFF COMPANY!

Mr Woodall, I never spoke with you during this process. The only person I spoke with was your wife. This was a bid job so you  was aware what the amount due was. I did talk with your wife on 5 different occasion we verified the email address. She stated she never received the email so I sent a hard copy in the mail.  Like most company's we charge a late fee if the bill is not paid in a timely manner. We may have been inclined to refund you the finance charges but Mrs Woodall was rude on the phone. She continued to raise her voice and talk over me to the point I just had to hang up the phone. I am sorry you are not happy with the service. Hopefully you will find a plumber to help you in the future. Best of luck to you with your new location.

Very professional. I had a cracked water filtration system housing that was leaking about 5 gallons a day. They came within 24 hours of contact, and quickly replaced the housing and filter. No more leak or heaving a 5-gallon bucket into the shower stall. Couldn't be happier.
