  Swank and Son are an awesome business! In 1990 they drilled a well for my Family and they were wonderful. When I burnt then pump up letting well water fill my pool they put in a new one and we’re great! When my basement was hit by lightning and I lost water they fixed it ! Whenever I have an issue with my well and equipment I call and they are prompt, courteous and efficient! I highly recommend them for all of your Well Drilling and maintenance needs! Just call them and they can fix whatever you need done to keep your fresh well water running fresh and clean!

  Had to get a new well drilled on my property and these guys did a great job. Kevin was great to deal with, and did a great job coordinating all of the work with the SEO for the septic work that also needs to be done on the property. The crew that showed up to drill and plumb the new well in were all professional and had decades of experience. I felt very comfortable having these guys install a new well and properly close out the old well. The pricing was also very fair when compared to the other well companies in the area.

  Swank started our well for our new home but had to stop. When able to return, they never did. After 4 months, 4+ no shows, many phone calls to confirm status (initiated by us), we were strung along until we were forced to find another driller. While he initially answered calls and my family was understanding of the reasons given for the multiple delays, ultimately the duration of the delay, lack of professionalism and reliability, and misleading communication was disappointing and unacceptable. If he couldn’t do the job, he should have been honest. We lost months of time and lots of money waiting. We waited so long because Swank communicated it would be done only to repeatedly not show up. I do not normally write reviews, but I feel it’s important other are aware. I would recommend finding a more dependable service for something as important as water for your home.
