  Had water in my basement due to a broken tank. Called them for service. They were extremely rude and confrontational over the phone and told me they would need to call me back later and hung up on me without getting my information. Never called me back.

  Was driving down the road going around the round about a truck came and got right on our bumper once around the round about my husband speed up to try and get in the slow lane, Lynda from Swailes cut us off and then flipped us off, my husband called the phone number from the truck, she answered, my husband said i'd like to complain about a rude driver, she says, if you'd get in the right lane you wouldn't have this problem and said BuBye and hung up on my husband. VERY rude and unprofessional....... Hope she talks to her employees and customers better then she did a potential customer....
