  I called Russell Sutterfield at 8:00am on Monday morning, June 29, 2020, and he arrived when he said he would be there (before noon/as he was working with two other clients that morning) and immediately took care of my two A/C units. Both required Freon and also needed the Start Capacitors replaced on both units. He did all this very thoroughly, in a short amount of time, with a friendly attitude, and the charges were very reasonable. I appreciate his professionalism and his promptness since it was a 90 degree Arkansas day! Thanks Russell! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My parents are great trusting people who hired this company to install their new HVAC. He didn’t respond to phone calls and took over a week to get back to them. Unfortunately they now are in need of warranty work and are again waiting multiple days for even a return phone call. Should give zero stars for zero responsiveness. In a time where small businesses should be first on our list this one isn’t worth the trouble. Complete lack of professionalism. Look elsewhere for your needs. Otherwise you’ll be waiting for a return call that may never come.
