Dan from Sustman Services showed up at the scheduled time for water line and drain disconnect prior to new countertop and sink installation. Noticed the corroded pour condition of the kitchen water line shut-offs and replaced those.  Returned at the appropriate time for kitchen and bathroom sink hookups.  Also installed a new garbage disposal.  All done in a timely matter, professional and was able fix a defective drain piece supplied with the bathroom faucet.  Good person to work with, would definitely contact Dan/Sustman Services for any future plumbing needs.

Mark responded promptly and answered all our questions. He was courteous and did quality work.  We have no hesitation about referring Mark or seeking his services again.

He was able to come on Friday the same day we called, while everyone else could not get us in until Monday. He was very friendly and honest.

My basement drain was backing up. I called sustman services asap and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman. He ask me questions on exactly what was happening with the drain backup. And what he had me do, corrected the problem without a service man having to show up. I would recommend them just by the kindness, professionalism, and knowledge ment.

After over a week dealing with Rheem to get a new gas valve to fix my water heater with no resolution, I called and spoke to Mark. I spoke to him at 9:00 and had hot water by 11:00 and that was with him driving to Appleton to get the part then back to Green Bay. I will be glad to use Sustman for any services in the future.

Mark was very prompt.  He replaced my water heater  within  2 hours of my call to him. He was very friendly and came back the next day and fixed a faucet that I had trouble with.  I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Mark and Sustman Services are amazing.  Mark came out within a few hours after we called him.  We asked him to address a shower/tub that was leaking from the 2nd floor onto the 1st floor ceiling.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, settled on a solution, and implemented it.  He also addressed a washer hose corrosion issue we were having and got a new valve put on so we could use our washing machine.  I can't possibly recommend Mark more highly.  Amazing experience start to finish, and a very fair price as well.  We will absolutely use Sustman Services for our plumbing needs in the future!
