  Called them to have a leak repaired, he fixed part of the problem and left for the day promising to come back the following the day to finish up the work. Two days later, there was still no sign of him despite several text messages assuring me that he was coming.Meanwhile, the pipe started leaking again and with the hole they dug up left open, I had no choice but to call another plumber. I texted him about the situation and he stopped responding. At this point I called in another plumber.He did an amazing job and fixed the issue by replacing what he had done earlier. He also helped me identify some other issues and we got them corrected. I paid Sureflow Plumbing more than what they asked for. At the very least I expected some basic courtesy back from them. Four days later after everything was fixed, I get a text message that his son was sick. Then why did he sent me all those messages saying that he is on his way?? I would appreciate it if it was conveyed earlier rather than having me wait for 2 days. Such poor work ethics and mediocre work quality precludes me from recommending them.

  If I could give Sureflow Plumbing 0 stars, I would. We hired them to do a simple dishwasher installation but they didn't secure the dishwasher into the cabinetry. Once we realized the problem we contacted them immediately. They assured us they would come back the next day and then the next day and then nothing... We have two small children and the dishwasher almost fell on our 1 yr old daughter. I was furious and called and texted them again with no response. Since they've already cashed the check, our only recourse is to warn others of their terrible workmanship and non-responsive customer service. I'm also lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT give Sureflow Plumbing your business!

  Dev gets two stars because one time he actually managed to assist us on a job, however that was months ago. My most recent dealing was extremely disappointing. I'm a property manager and one of my clients required service on a Saturday. He called and assured me he would be out that day. The store manager called me Sunday to let me know, they still had not received service. After making up some excuses about speaking to the manager and having the OK to come out Sunday, he said he still didn't come because he "never received my work order". Which a simple phone call could have taken care of. So chance 3 Monday morning seems all steps are in order and Dev again assures me he will be out. I don t get an email until Tuesday morning that one of his machines had broken down and he was not able to make it. What happened all of Monday? Impossible to let me know that this was not going to be able to be completed? I recommend take your business to a more reliable source.
