  Eric is great. He came early this morning and pumped our septic. He answered the phone on a Sunday Evening. That is rare to reach a human on Sunday. He showed up less than 12 hours later. Very nice guy and very reasonably priced. Professional and good at his job. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

  I called Eric on a Tuesday morning around 815am. He was at my home by 9am and had the problem diagnosed, fixed and cleaned up within an hour. I was not able to be home and he kept me apprized of the progress, issue and how he was fixing it. Knowledgeable, great quality work, cleaned up after he was done and reasonably priced. Highly recommend him for any septic needs.

  This guy was supposed to come pump our septic tank and, after continuous unanswered phone calls, I left a strongly worded voicemail. He quickly responded to that voicemail by calling back and telling me he would not come after me cussing him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!!! You originally spoke with my husband and gave him advice, which he appreciated. A friend of ours was standing in for my husband, to coordinate the pumping because my husband was out of town and, just in the last few days, I was discharged from the hospital and I still don’t feel well. Our friend left you two voicemails, to which you did not respond. I was upset that you were not returning our friend’s call, so I left you the above referenced voicemail. Maybe I should not have cursed during the message, but you should have responded to one of the first two voicemails to let us know when you planned on arriving here. Our friend had plans on both of the two days that he called you and needed to know how long to wait. What you did is not good business practice either. I do apologize for cursing. I should not have done that, but you didn’t bother to let us know anything until I did. My suspicion is that you didn’t really want to come here in the first place. If I’m incorrect and you would like to reconsider your decision, my husband is now home. You should have his number, it’s the one with the 803 area code. If you do business with my husband, I will consider editing my review.

  CORRECT. You called me one time at 12:39(scheduled for afternoon) and left a voicemail CUSSING me. I hadn't even spoke to you before. I spoke to your husband and had a completely different number for the job. I actually spoke to him multiple times and advised him how to fix the issue before free of charge. Sorry I don't do business with people who behave that way. Thanks for for the call and review. Have a blessed day!!
