  They did a wonderful job with the installation early this year... After they filled in the hole and they left piles of dirt and rocks all over..I asked the older gentlemen ..when are you coming back to fix this mess?? As soon as it settles , he assured me....I have spoken to the secretary for several months ..so to make a long story short ...I had to pay another contractor to fix the mess after 6 months .. Horrific experience!!! .

  Jen was a delight; knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had an emergency and called other places; the phones went unanswered, no one returned voice mail messages or the phone line was busy - for over an hour. We are so very happy we found Superior. They answered right away, came right out and took care of our emergency. Very knowledgeable and even found another potential problem, which they promptly took care of. And the price was lower than what we have spent in the past. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars - they have earned it. I highly recommend using Superior Septic. Call them first. You will not be sorry!

  I called him first thing this morning, around 830am. He was able to be at my home within 20 minutes of the phone call & had the job finished by 900am. Very friendly service. We will definitely be using them in the future. Definitely reccomend there services.
