  Called to get a simple wax ring for toilet replaced. First time I called, nobody answered so I left a message. Never heard back. 2nd time I called spoke with Tina who quoted me $120 per hour. I called back a third time to make sure the price quote was accurate and she assured me it was the same. I didn't want surprises. She said "Jeff" would call me back to schedule the service. Finally at the end of the day (5PM) Jeff calls back to schedule the appointment. I confirm with him "the price is $120/Hr?" and ask him if he will finish within an hour. Don't want any surprises. Jeff tells me its $225 +materiels cost!!!!! Guess his plan was to tell me that AFTER he does the job. Even after telling him Tina quoted me $120 Twice Jeff doesn't budge. Liars? Crooks? You be the judge. Guess I'll have to goto Home Depot and buy my own $10 Wax ring and do it myself..

  I can not say enough good things about the Superior Team. From initial phone call, showing up in a timely manner, and how quickly the issue was fix , the Superior Team was terrific. Would use and recommend 10/10 times.

  We have used Superior plumbing several times and they are consistently direct about what actually needs to be done and they have no nonsense prices that we've always found fair. They are available and give sound advice and explanations.
