  We had a big issue with our kitchen and bathroom drains. Superior Plumbing and Drains were really prompt in getting back to us and scheduling a technician to come out. Paul did a wonderful job in unclogging our drains, explained the issues and process he took. Paul was also very friendly and engaging. The price for the job was great. I would highly recommend using Superior Plumbing and Drains for anyone that's experiencing plumbing issues in their home or business!

  I would like to share my experience with Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC, during the installation of my new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. First, let me tell you that I could not have asked for a better crew. Mrs. Mariann, Mr. Christopher and Mr. Scott are the best when it comes to getting the job done. I purchased this water heater through Home Depot, University City of Charlotte, NC. Mrs. Mariann contacted me soon as she received the service order and was very professional. She displayed very strong communication from start to finish by letting me know when the guys were heading to my location, when she received the signed documents and so on. She showed me what real Customer Service should look like and I truly appreciated that. Mr. Christopher and Mr. Scott went beyond the call of duty to hunt down a water heater that should have been in stock as promised by Home Depot. They worked way past duty hours to make sure the hot water was restored and always arrived at the time they promised to be on site. This crew deserves ten stars instead of 5 stars. I wish every company I ever did business with were like Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC. May God continue to bless Mrs. Mariann, Mr. Christopher and Mr. Scott. Very friendly people that truly care about their customers. I’m a 30-year Veteran that knows what leadership is and this team displayed leadership to the fullest. You guys are wonderful and will never be forgotten. Thank you for such an “OUT STANDING JOB!

  Superior has been our go-to plumber for our historic home, and they always impress me with their professional yet down-to-earth conduct. We've had small jobs from upgrading our laundry room plumbing up to our most recent "restoration" of the sewer and water mains into the basement (that's 9-10' below grade!!). They left the yard in great condition - and not a speck of mud/dirt on our front walkway! Cast iron pipes don't do well with age, and while we can't say we're looking forward to it, we do look forward to Superior being tasked with replacing them all.
