  Second time I’ve called Chris due to a city sewer backup that resulted in a basement full of sewage. Again he arrived within 30 minutes of calling. The problem was diagnosed and Chris got the basement drained in a short amount of time. I’d say some of the work was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. Chris is always thoughtful, professional and helpful. I particular like that he patiently helps me understand the problem cause and solutions. I would tell anyone considering Superior Drain Solutions to go ahead and call them. You wont be disappointed.

  Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and did everything that he could to ensure that our pipes and drains were clear and clean. He explained what he was doing and replaced old worn caps as needed. We had another company here 4 times in the past 6 months and spent thousands of dollars but never got the problem fixed or felt confident of the service, but with Chris and Superior Drain Solutions we feel confident that our drain and pipes are finally clear and fixed. We highly recommend this company. Don’t make the same mistake that we did by calling “the other guys”!

  Chris with Superior Drains is great. I set up an appointment online and he got back to me almost immediately. I told him my concerns and he offered to come out the next morning. I had another company come the day before and they couldn’t unclog the drain and left. Chris called when he was on his way and was able to easily unclog the drain. Couldn’t be happier with the level of quality and service. Recommend this company 100%.
