  Our warranty company sent them out because our well pump went out. 2 technicians came out, we told them the pump needed replaced. They dinked around, decided no, it was this part. We told them no it wasn't, but they replaced it anyway. It didn't fix anything. After more dinking around they said they didn't know what the problem was that we needed to call someone else. That they didn't know anything about the pump itself. On top of the price of the service call They sent a bill for over 600$ to the warranty company that came out of my well replacement reimbursement. For what? Why is it on me to pay for a part I told them not to replace, and several hours of labor hours for 2 technicians when they were here for well under an hour. Screwed by them and the warranty company. Guess sunrise plumbing and fidelity national warranty are made for each other. If you use either or both, due it at your own risk. They will screw you if they can.

  Charged way too much $900 for fixing leak.total rip off. Think twice before you call them . Went there to ask why so much he says only two companies here in winnemucca. Since you don't have much choice you have to pay. Very unprofessional.

  This is such a great place! I called EVERY PLUMBER in Winnemucca and the surrounding areas with zero luck. Sunrise returned my call and had an appt for us the following day. No hassle, No issues. Very pleased with them. Thank you Sunrise for the extremely prompt service! Highly recommend!
