I can't say enough good things about this company. It was a Friday night and negative temps were on their way. So of course, our heater stopped working. I called Sundance and within an hour, they had a technician on the way. Sam the technician was kind, caring, and quick! Fixed the issue and we were on our way to a warm home. The owner even follow up after to make sure we were good and let us know they were available all weekend if needed. I will never hesitate to call Sundance in the future and can't thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism. Thanks guys!

Called for an emergency for a frozen pipe. Brian had multiple jobs already going on and was unable to fit me into his schedule. He recommended a few other great local plumbers in the area. Great guy and great customer service. Would recommend when needing work done in the future.

Time and time again Sundance Plumbing saves the day. Their team of plumbers are polite and are willing to go the extra mile to help and get the job right.

I've used their services for the past 5 years in 18 homes that I've managed. I've had water pouring in through recessed can lights caused by a broken pipe a floor above. A house with no heat in 14 degree weather with them showing up with 10 space heaters to keep the occupants comfortable and the pipes from freezing. For simple fixes and more complex issues I can't recommend them enough.

I found these guys through a friend last year and MAN I am glad I did. They have helped with two plumbing projects at our house recently and both times they have been super responsive, helpful, professional and reliable. Plus, it's a woman owned, local business.  Kristin is always available to talk through options, scheduling, etc. Pluming issues are never fun, but Kristin  and her whole team have great attitudes and been overall just a pleasure to work with!

My heat decided to fail me during the coldest days of the year, in early February. I called Sundance and Kristen informed me that her tech, Mike, would be there within the next hour or so. Mike showed up the same day and had my heat up and running within 48 hours! Despite having to order a new blower motor!! They turned a very stressful situation in to a very manageable situation.

I’ve been in the Vail Valley for a long time and this is the most professional and honest company I have ever worked with. From leaks to heat to clogged drains, they have fixed it all for me. This is a crew of guys who get things done! OH…. And the owner is a righteous babe who takes flack from no one. She calls everyone sweetie and backs up every promise she makes. Just found out today that it is a LADY that runs this place. Had to go meet her. Call Sundance. No one else comes close, trust me.

Sundance Plumbing And Heating was a pleasure to do business with.   We had a few punch list items and the tech was able to take care of them quickly and efficiently.   We are 100 miles away, so the tech texted us with pictures, and notified when he arrived and left.  He seven sent us a picture showing the home was locked up.    The back office was patient on our payment and scheduled our winter check up quickly and efficiently.

Need to give a shoutout to Kristin and the team at Sundance.  These guys have come through every time I have ever reached out.  Cannot recommend enough.  Thank you.

What a day. Woke up to it raining in my master bedroom from the unit above. Sundance came to the rescue. Their office lady even arranged for DRS to come start with flood mitigation. Guys stayed late on a Friday night to make sure all repairs were complete. These folks go above and beyond. Professional and courteous. Thank you. You made my terrible day less horrific. They must not like me personally with these other good reviews on here because this has been the absolute worst and least professional experience I have ever had with any company. I needed a fairly simple job it has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. I left voicemails almost every day every now and then I would get someone to answer the phone and they would assure me we would be taken care of then days would go by without hearing a peep. I'm actually speechless and I can't imagine what I could have done to deserve this type of treatment from them. I gave them every opportunity I could to redeem themselves. One star is being generous for the type of service I've received here.

This company is run by the kindest and sweetest woman I have ever met.  She took the time on the phone to get to know me and listen to my concerns and make sure everything was resolved. The technician that came out, Brian, was beyond helpful professional and kind. I received the invoice the next day. This company is hands-down one of the best service companies I’ve ever worked with. If you have any plumbing and heating means call these guys because they will get you taken care of.  I have worked with multiple other companies in this valley and will never use them again after using Sundance. I currently manage 50 properties in the valley and all them will be serviced by Sundance.

Absolute best of the best. The woman that owns this company is a force to be reckoned with. Never have I been so impressed by one individual. Quick responses, especially for an emergency! I worked with 2 different technicians and they both were kind and easy to work/communicate with.

I had a missed appointment and the owner called me a few days later to explain they had a family emergency.  I truly appreciated her going out of her way during a difficult time to make things right!  That's great customer service!  Would definitely use them again.

Best of the best!  Got multiple quotes.  These guys came with the most recommendations from my co-workers.  Technician finished job in less hours than was quoted and they adjusted my invoice accordingly.  Hard to find honest people like this who bill HONESTLY.  Most companies would just bill the entire quote and pocket the extra money. Thank you for being professional on all aspects of this job.  You have my loyalty and referrals for life.

We had a no heat and no hot water emergency on Christmas Day.  The on-call technician arrived within 30 minutes of my call.  We felt so guilty making this gentleman miss out on family time, but he arrived with a smile and Christmas kindness.  Thank you for taking time away from your family to get our heat and hot water restored.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
