  Well he came out to look at the job, was really nice and friendly. We came up with a game plan to replace my gas lines the following week because the weather was going to drop in the single digits. Following week comes around and couldn’t get ahold of him. . . Wouldn’t answer texts. . . Nothing. Not even the respect to politely make up an excuse as to why he couldn’t start the job. So I’m not sure about the quality of work he does, I can only assume by his character. Would not recommend this guy.

  Thermostat wouldn't go above 63 when it was 10 degrees outside. He arrived in under an hour after I called, hour or so later, all is well and warm. Gave us some proactive advice and recommenddations without being asked. That's the way customer service should be. Professional, polite and efficient. Ideal experience.
