  We had flooding in our basement today. I contacted Sump Pump Gurus and Mike replied within minutes. He explained what to expect and quotes over the phone and got to our house within an hour. He walked me through everything he was doing, explaining what he saw and giving recommendations but never pushing services on me. He installed a backup sump pump and cleaned out the sump pump well while he was in there. He was thorough and pricing was fair and he quoted me over the phone. While he was here, Mike gave me tips on other plumbing items in the house and explained the different services they offer. Pleasant attitude and did not rush me or get annoyed with questions...very professional. I would definitely use them again.

  I contacted this company and Aron picked it up. I was telling him the issues I was having and I could tell he was listening to it well. He was making quick and precise responses all the time. He then told me to show him some pictures of my sump pump which was leaking and flooding my basement so that we could see if he needed to come over. I was very impressed by his cordiality. It turned out the sump pump needed to be changed. They arrived the very next day and did their job with perfect precision. Thank you to the team and Alex for your top-notch service!

  I must recommend this company if you are looking for the best sump pump service. When I called them, they picked my call up right away. they even made the appointment for the very next day and they also arrived in time. And about their work? Their job was so clean and tidy. They cleaned up all the mess after completing their work and didn’t even take an extra fee. They kept the overall price fair and reasonable. They absolutely did a great and perfect job! I’ve already recommended them to some of my friends!
