  Very poor work ethic. Sean said he would would be out by 2pm and did not show. Called him around that time to see when he would be here and was told he would call 30 minutes before arrival. He finally showed up around 4:30, unprepared to do the job. I had a leaking shut of valve in my garage. He gave me a spill on what needed to be done but could not do the job then. Said he would be out on Tuesday to repair it. He never showed. I called another company and they fixed the simple repair in under 30 minutes.

  As it was explained to you when he was there, the water lines were installed improperly and we don’t make hodgepodge repairs. For us to fix it properly, the water would need to be off for 24 hrs. You were not prepared for that at the time so he left without charging you for the service call and overtime. He told you he could do it Tuesday or today (Wednesday) depending on how other jobs went. You were scheduled for the end of today, but it seems that won’t be necessary. I apologize we weren’t able to fit you in sooner.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Called on Thursday’s. He said he would come out the next day. Friday. Waited all day and never showed up. Got a call that evening that he was on a large job for a customer that needed her water because she had a newborn. I was understanding. I was assured he would be out Saturday between 7-4. Once again. Never showed. I called them around 5 and was told he could come out Sunday but wasn’t sure the time she told me she would call him and give me a call back. Never got a call until Sunday afternoon saying he would he able to be out about 5:30. I missed the call so that’s what the voicemail said. I attempted to call back and did not get answer. I left a voicemail saying 5:30 was fine. Never got a call back and once again never showed. If you need a service done promptly don’t use them. Or even within a week. So I will sit in my home not able to use my stove bc they never showed up to install the shut off valve.

  Response from the owner

  When you called on Thursday, we let you know it could be two to three weeks before we could take care of you and we would try to squeeze you in. You were not available when we were going to do it on the weekend for regular time to help you out. By the time you called back, Shawn was on the way to the hospital after slipping off a ladder. We apologize for not being available at the time you called back.

  Horrible. Scam alert. Our house was left worse then when we hired him and a lot of furniture is missing. The owner is currently holding our furniture hostage because apparently we owe him money even though he has yet to do things that we paid him for.
