  The best way to describe this place is as scammy. The tech came over, checked out what I needed done which was a minor repair of an outside gas line to a grill. Then claimed he needed to run all new metal piping, it would be 70 feet, didn't bother to measure. I asked to measure, it was 25, then he said it was impossible to do it with csst piping, then he said it wasn't an issue. We looked on home Depot and Amazon, it's about $30 for the 25 feet, he then claimed it was a huge amount of work - it wasn't, he then said it would be $1500 to replace the piping - which we both saw costs $30. When questioned on why the high price, he said it's gas. Sorry... Just no, big no. He had no parts in his car, no tools, he'd need to go to home Depot to get things himself anyway. So... I just went ahead and did the repair myself and sent him home. Don't trust these people. After he left his "dispatcher" called trying to negotiate the price... The whole thing is super not right and scammy, don't use them.
