Used them several times and were reasonable and fast service. Latest experience was not good. I had a floor drain that was backing up , not bad but wanted to get checked. Guys came out, ran a camera down drain and piece of pipe was blocking flow. Asked to have it cleared but was told it would have to be replaced and boss would get back to me with estimate. No follow up and was charged $199 to diagnose. Roto rooter could clear it for that price or less. Local guys getting greedy.

I cannot say enough great things about Sturm plumbing. They communicate very well, are reliable, punctual, and they do great work at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Sturm Plumbing is extremely responsive, reasonably priced and very professional. My husband and I had our drain back up into our garage on a Monday evening. We called Sturm, our call was promptly returned, and within 30 minutes a plumber was at our home. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Very happy with Sturm Plumbing and specifically Eli, who was the plumber that fixed our problem.

We had a very complex issue. We previously had another company (Westmoreland Affordable Plumbing) completely FAIL and over charge us... Causing us a loss of several hundred dollars. Sturm's came in and saved the day!! The customer service was incredible. They worked to fit us in and actually showed up on time! They were very thorough. They indicated where the excavation company needed to dig with spray paint and detailed information on tape where they marked off. All around wonderful company! They have integrity. Which is lacking in this particular field. Learn from our mistake, call Sturm's.

Justin and I believe his name was Paul,  came in and hooked up the line for water and ice in our refrigerator. Also removed two pipes sticking up thru the floor in the  kitchen that would of been for an island  we no longer wanted. Replaced a part in our bathroom that was leaking. We discussed the bad job that was done with our tub surround and plumbing .  They were very nice, reasonable, and very helpful and we are going to schedule a time to have everything done correctly.  Very professional and friendly.

Sturm Plumbing did extensive work to repair the sewage lines in my 1953 home, fixing the poor job done by a previous plumbing company. They worked with me to provide a solution that was the most efficient and cost effective.  The quality of work, pricing, communication, and their professionalism was some of the best I have ever received from a service company. Thank you!

Eli and his helper were great. They were efficient and worked to make sure the problems were properly solved. It has been a challenge to get a call back at times as they are very busy.

These guys are not only true professionals, but about as honest and friendly as anyone could ask for!

Jason and his team are the best.  Super responsive and amazing quality.   Running a business with two commercial buildings is difficult.  My team can always count on these guys, amazing.  The site guys truly work hard and always find a solution. Our team has had several difficult issues and I never worry when Strum is on site.

Wow what happened to the pricing at Sturm’s? I was charged $129.00 in labor for a simple job they finished in 20 minutes. Shame that I need to find new plumber for future because I was always satisfied with the work they did.

We are also upset and saddened by all the price increases we are incurring across the board! Labor prices for all service businesses can't be just a time factor but they must include all the large increases in everything from vehicle repairs, tires to all the insurances and permits needed. Sadly we have no control over those things but must account for them in our pricing as others must do also. Businesses that take income under the table, drag out work for higher income or find additional problems can cheat homeowners...we do not.  We are very proud that we offer honest services but sadly there are high costs to all the 'behind the scenes' expenses to operate a service business today.  We appreciate your business.

Had a clogged drain backing up into my basement. Jason and Jimmy came out first thing Monday morning to accommodate me because I had an early flight to catch. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with time to spare. Very professional and friendly and their pricing was very reasonable. Like many people, I dread having to call a plumber, but I will not hesitate to call these guys again.
