  I had someone from another local company tell me I needed a part and I should really replace my Furnace. He wasn't in the basement 5 minutes when he determined this and gave me a red tag for the heat exchange. I asked him why the guy who came and replaced another part a couple weeks ago which was right beside it find that. He didn't give me an answer only asked me 4 times if I was going to stay with them for the repair and I said I probably would. I looked for some reviews and found others that had said the same thing. Not sure if it is a practice of the company or the employee who is lying to people? Stuart is honest and cares about the people who he serves.
