Am giving 3 stars to the company. Tech would get 5. Discovered a leak at the valve connecting main water line to the city's mete on 3/10/22 Called Strongbuilt - Dispatcher was very friendly and professional, but explained that there would be $150 extra charge because they could only get the tech out there after hours. I agreed. The Tech showed up diagnosed the problem right away, but said he could not fix it right away because he did not have a replacement valve, because they do not carry them on their truck. He did have a valve that would allow a hose to bypass the main line to the house. Reluctantly I agreed, because it was around 5pm and did not want to be without water. Cesar Lopez was great, very knowledgeable and profesional. I blame the the company for not sending out a part to him so the job could be completed. Next day I had Bob the Plumber show up to price the job. No people skills, had to hear about his two truck payments and his sick mother and that the bill would be around $1200, I was getting charged twice, once for the by pass, and once for installing the valve. No taking responsobility for lack of a valve. (That somehow became my problem) Oh and the tech could not return till monday) Temporary hose tripping hazard had to remain over the sidewalk till, then got to hear all his problems, lack of techs inflation, no one wants to work etc. Spent the better part of 3 hrs. To make a long story short. Cesar Lopez came back Monday, but because of other problems, had to extend original trench, (The orginal tunnel under sidewalk had collapsed, over the long weekend, and he had to rebore the tunnel.) Cesar did a Great job - he fixed the problem perfectly however my bill was now $1789.15. And all this because Cesar was not provided a replacement valve on his first go around. In my prior life I worked as a Mangement consultant and Business Analyst. Going into a company I looked at what was the problem people or system. In this case it was the system. Waste of time sending out the quoter Bob, should pass that down to tech. Also some companies I worked with either had all the parts on the truck, or would have a "runner" who could get them out to the job so that ther would not have to be a "be back". Again definitely would give Cesar Lopez five stars. But the company would only get one. Company did express regret - but no offer - am still out $1789 FOR A $600 JOB.

Unfortunately I have to share my horrid experience with the absolute worst company I've contracted. Almost a full year has gone by and this company has done as little as possible to get by. From December 4th to October 30th to do a standard job. No contact for MONTHS at a time. Then tried to extort me for 2500.00 to do something that was already in the contract. Unsafe conditions left for my family and neighbors for MONTHS. I had a moat everytime it rained, with all my lines exposed. Vandalized our property and unannounced and left for 2 weeks before i had to contact ROC. Ripped out the swamp cooler that they weren't to do. Everything they did was on their time, never our families time. Turned off the power to my house without notice and my daughter was sick at home with wife and now couldn't prepare for food and drinks. For 8 hours. The only way to get anyone in the company to help you is filing ROC complaint. Disgusting and I have proof for ALL this. I have pictures, videos and all messages and correspondence in regards. You know what their resolution to all the issues and problems were...they didnt make a profit on me so the think thats fair. The CUSTOMER who contracted you, whom is absolutely the only reason companies like you exist, was the absolute LAST thought and thats sad. I hope you get shut down. We are nothing but good, kind people and you just take advantage of us. Eat sand.

As we've discussed with you multiple times, we did not vandalize your property, and we've attempted to keep you in the loop and resolve your concerns many times. Of course you're entitled to express your opinions but including completely untrue information can be construed as slander. I know you wish the worst for us but we honestly wish the best for you even if you never do business with us again. We pride ourselves on offering a quality service to all of our customers, so rest assured, your complaints have been heard and we hope you don't eat sand.

On June 15 2021 project manager Dallas Hughes came to our home and provided an estimate for a new 4 ton Gas/ Electric A/C system with 3 options for equipment and installation, after receiving 3 comparable bids on June 17th we decided on Strongbuilt based on price and service after the sale. An appointment was set for the installation on June 23rd, I received a text that morning from service technician Karl Windauer that he was on his way and within a half hour he was on site with another tech and ready to remove the old system and install the new. A side note I was in the HVAC industry for 30 plus years and must say I was impressed with the entire installation from start to finish their level of detail and attention to the customers needs and requests are second to none. This was not an easy installation the air handler and evaporative coil are located in the attic with an access in the laundry room to remove and install the parts through nothing rattled these men the entire system was removed and replaced and the cooling was back up and running by the end of the day as promised I would highly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing Air & Solar to anyone looking to replace their old A/C system We are very happy with our new heating and cooling system big thanks to the entire Strongbuilt team for a great experience.
