Our experience with Strongbilt was the best ever.  Our tech, Kurstun was professional, knowlegeable of our heater & tracking down the problem as well as informative, fair & concerned for our family need of heat.  We highly recommend Strongbilt to anyone in need of plumbing, heat or air and find them fair & trustworthy.  We will be calling them in the spring to do maintenance on our a/c. I appreciate Strongbuilt's customer service!  They notified me with an approximate time period, called to let me know where I was on the list, and the service tech called twice to let me know he was on the way.  Kiersten was polite, explained what he was doing and made recommendations to increase efficiency.  A positive experience in every way!

Adam Arce was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were told by someone else we were going to have to replace our entire unit which had us stressed out. He came in and quickly resolved the issue (which didn't include replacing the unit) at a very reasonable price. Definitely saving this number and will use them for any future repairs or maintenance! Sigh...I hate having to write this review but here I am.  I was sold on this company and was proud to support a Veteran owned business.  These guys sold me a brand new split unit in the summer of 2021 and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, which was greatly appreciated.   I thought that was a sign of a company that cared about their customers and reputation.  They were so very friendly and handled the install quickly.   Even though the heater didn't work properly at the point of install, they came back within the week and fixed it.  Sounds great right?

Well...now we're in the winter and my heater stops working consistently.  The blower won't push any air and this can go on for hours on end.  Cool, no big deal.  defects and issues happen and I totally understand that.  The technician comes out and after several hours determines that a component has to be replaced.  This was on Jan 17th.  I was told I would receive a call to get the part replaced and was told they were going to provide some space heaters since there was no guarantee my heater would function properly.  After a week I had to call and find out what was happening.  I get a lady who contacts the technician to have them call me.   Anyway, the tech calls and says they are waiting for the part and will call me back after following up with the manufacturer.  Sadly I did not receive a call back.  After another week because I am stupidly patient I call them again and the lady that answered the call was absolutely uncaring, unapologetic and certainly showed she cared about nothing other than to take my message and hang up.  I am not one to abuse people doing their jobs however in that moment, I could totally understand how Karen's come to exist. After voicing my frustration and asking for an update I still have received no fix and no communication.

It is Feb 18th and I have yet to hear anything from Strongbuilt.  I hate to think that this company is great on the sales side and presenting like they care, then abandon the customer when repairs are needed. I truly hope this is a case of just bad communication and can be resolved quickly.  I know I need to call them again, but I shouldn't have to and the thought of doing so makes me a bit resentful.

Adam serviced our furnace, he arrived at the time that was scheduled. He walked us through what he was looking for and was sure we understood. Adam also gave us suggestions on how to get the longest life out of our furnace. Very pleasant and professional experience. Will definitely be using Strongbuilt in the future.
